Conor McGregor is a multi-millionaire, movie star, and former UFC world champion. Now you can add expert parent to the list.

While greeting visitors at his pub, The Black Forge Inn in Dublin, Ireland, McGregor showcased his parenting skills by offering tips on how to calm a crying baby.

“This baby was crying earlier, so I showed the customers @theblackforgeinn that if you hold the baby like this and gently rock back and forth, the baby will stop crying,” McGregor wrote on Instagram. “They tried to say things about how I hold my kids for years, but I always say ‘Dad Knows.’”

Conor McGregor and his longtime fiancée Dee Devlin welcomed their first child, Conor Jr., in 2017 followed by their daughter Croía. Devlin and McGregor continue to expand their family with the birth of their son Rían in 2021 and most recently, Mack in 2023.

Conor McGregor stays busy ahead of his return to the octagon on June 29

On Saturday, June 29, Conor McGregor will return to the Octagon for the first time in nearly three years as he headlines UFC 303 in Las Vegas against former Bellator mma champion ‘Iron’ Michael Chandler.

McGregor has not competed since suffering a severe leg injury in the opening round of his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. During his absence, McGregor stayed busy managing his pub and several other businesses, making his big screen debut, starring in a remake of the classic 1989 action film Road House by Amazon Studios.

The film later became a huge hit for the streaming giant, breaking records with 50 million viewers in its first two weeks of release. Unsurprisingly, the studio recently announced that a sequel is in the works, but it appears McGregor will not be part of the project.

And, of course, McGregor surprised everyone when he announced that he is now a partial owner of the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
