Stride Strong PT and PT Solutions have put together this booklet, Home Exercise Program for Seniors, to help patients grow and maintain their fitness while in quarantine. We understand that this is a difficult time for many people who need to quarantine and do not have full access to gyms and trainers. We believe this exercise book can help vulnerable patients who cannot leave their homes quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic; and can also be useful for patients suffering from deconditioning status – due to chronic diseases such as cancer or due to Covid-19 itself.
